About Enord
Enord is an engineering consultancy based in Reykjavík, Iceland, specialising in fleet charging infrastructure, battery storage and procurement, working across the Nordics. Behind it is Hrafn Leó Guðjónsson, an electrical engineering technologist with more than eight years in EV charging and energy systems. The focus is fleet electrification, charging networks and battery storage where grid capacity is limited.
In 2009 Hrafn built his own electric car and drove it around Iceland, the first to do so. There were no charging stations then, so he charged at farms and schools along the way. He has worked alongside the energy sector ever since, building the infrastructure that was missing.
Enord does not sell chargers or hardware, so the advice is based on your fleet, your operation and your depot. Enord is the technical partner of Elevathors, a Nordic network of specialists in EV charging and energy.
- Charging infrastructure for fleets, AC and DC, depot and public
- Charging demand simulation, load management and grid connection sizing
- Battery storage, solar PV and energy management where grid capacity is constrained
- Requirements, tenders and backend systems for charging networks
