No cookies

The site sets no cookies on your device and uses no third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Visitor statistics

We use Umami to count visits. Umami records which pages are viewed, where the visitor came from (a search engine or LinkedIn, for example), browser and operating system type, and country. The IP address is used momentarily to determine the country and to create an anonymous identifier for the day, but it is not stored.

The data cannot identify you, is not shared with anyone and is hosted within the European Economic Area. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used.

Email and enquiries

When you email or call us, we process the information you give us, your name, email address and the subject of your enquiry, in order to reply. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and, where a business relationship follows, as required by accounting law. The information is not used for marketing and is not shared with others.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Western Europe. Like any web host, the provider keeps technical request logs for security purposes for a limited time.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to enord@enord.is. You may also lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority, personuvernd.is.
